Olivia graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Electronic Media. She graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2017 with a Juris Doctor and certificate in Health Law. During law school, Olivia served as Senior Notes Editor on the Editorial Board for the University of Memphis Law Review. Olivia’s Note was published in Volume 47, received an award for 2017 Best Note Runner-up, and has been reprinted in the 5th edition of Berkeley Law Professor Nancy Lemon’s Domestic Violence Law casebook. While in law school, Olivia also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Pamela L. Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, served as a student attorney in the Memphis CHiLD Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, and received an Excellence Award for distinguished class performance in Divorce Law Practicum. Olivia joined Moskovitz, McGhee, Brown, Cohen & Moore in August of 2017. She primarily practices in the areas of divorce, child custody/parental issues, child support, termination of parental rights, adoption, paternity, and juvenile court matters. Outside of the office, Olivia’s interest areas include interior design, kickboxing, and the Tennessee Volunteers.
